Who we are
Humanoids Miami (“we”, “us”) sells, rents and operates humanoid robots and is based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us through our forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, event details, quote requests and messages.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and reliability.
This site stores your quote list in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your device unless you submit the quote form.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and plan bookings.
- To deliver the products and services you request.
- To send updates you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example website hosting, form processing and email), with manufacturers or carriers when needed to fulfill an order, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@humanoidsmiami.com.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
